Harta emo\u021biilor corporale este o metod\u0103 unic\u0103 de vizualizare care arat\u0103 modul \u00een care diferitele st\u0103ri emo\u021bionale activeaz\u0103 sau inhib\u0103 anumite zone ale corpului nostru. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce este harta corporal\u0103 a emo\u021biilor?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harta corporal\u0103 a emo\u021biilor se bazeaz\u0103 pe cercet\u0103rile oamenilor de \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 finlandezi de la Universitatea Aalto, publicate \u00een 2013 \u00een revista <em>Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.<\/em> Experimentul a fost conceput pentru a studia rela\u021bia dintre emo\u021bii \u0219i senza\u021biile corporale \u0219i a implicat peste 700 de oameni din diferite culturi. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participan\u021bii au fost invita\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i descrie senza\u021biile corporale asociate diferitelor emo\u021bii. Pentru acest scop, au fost utilizate h\u0103r\u021bi termice special concepute. Pe ecran le-a fost afi\u0219at\u0103 silueta unei persoane, iar participan\u021bii au fost ruga\u021bi s\u0103 identifice zonele corpului care deveneau mai active (resim\u021bite ca mai calde) sau, dimpotriv\u0103, mai pu\u021bin active (resim\u021bite ca mai reci) \u00een timpul experiment\u0103rii anumitor emo\u021bii.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen total, 14 emo\u021bii de baz\u0103 au fost luate \u00een considerare \u00een experiment, cum ar fi:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e2nie, fric\u0103, dezgust, fericire, triste\u021be, uimire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emo\u021bii mai complexe: dragoste, ru\u0219ine, m\u00e2ndrie, dispre\u021b, depresie, anxietate, calm, invidie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informa\u021biile participan\u021bilor au fost adunate \u00een mai multe etape \u0219i analizate pentru a realiza o hart\u0103 detaliat\u0103. Rezultatele au indicat c\u0103, \u00een ciuda diversit\u0103\u021bii culturale, senza\u021biile corporale asociate emo\u021biilor sunt, \u00een mare parte, universale. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studiul de fa\u021b\u0103 demonstreaz\u0103 c\u0103 emo\u021biile nu doar \u201etr\u0103iesc\u201d \u00een mintea noastr\u0103, ci sunt reflectate \u0219i la nivel corporal.
