Dar cum anume ne afecteaz\u0103 aceste sunete? Oamenii de \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 din diferite p\u0103r\u021bi ale lumii au r\u0103spuns la aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare dup\u0103 ce au efectuat multe studii.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cum afecteaz\u0103 sunetele naturii creierul?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunetele naturii, cum ar fi sunetul valurilor, fo\u0219netul frunzelor sau c\u00e2ntecul p\u0103s\u0103rilor, stimuleaz\u0103 creierul \u0219i corpul \u00eentr-un mod special. Ele au un efect pozitiv asupra st\u0103rii psiho-emo\u021bionale \u0219i a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii unei persoane: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Reducerea nivelul de stres<\/strong><br\/>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/srep45273\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/srep45273\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>studiu<\/strong><\/a> publicat \u00een Scientific Reports \u00een 2017, realizat de cercet\u0103torii de la Universitatea din Brighton (Marea Britanie), a demonstrat c\u0103 sunetele naturii pot reduce activitatea sistemului nervos simpatic, responsabil pentru reac\u021bia de &#8222;lupt\u0103 sau fugi&#8221;. Participan\u021bii la experiment, care au ascultat sunetele p\u0103durii, au prezentat un nivel redus de stres \u0219i o capacitate de concentrare mai bun\u0103. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea func\u021biei cognitive<\/strong><br\/>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0921800920322084?via%3Dihub\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0921800920322084?via%3Dihub\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>studiu<\/strong><\/a> realizat de Universitatea Stanford (SUA) a demonstrat c\u0103 sunetele apei \u0219i c\u00e2ntecele p\u0103s\u0103rilor au un impact benefic asupra concentr\u0103rii \u0219i productivit\u0103\u021bii creative. Cei care au lucrat \u00eentr-un mediu cu sunete naturale au reu\u0219it s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i finalizeze sarcinile mai rapid \u0219i mai eficient. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Combaterea insomniei<\/strong><br\/>Cercet\u0103rile efectuate de Institutul Na\u021bional de S\u0103n\u0103tate din SUA arat\u0103 c\u0103 ascultarea sunetelor naturale \u00eenainte de somn poate cre\u0219te calitatea acestuia.
