Mai mult, nu a fost vorba despre <strong>medita\u021bii de vindecare<\/strong>, ci despre practica meditativ\u0103 Falun Gong, \u00een care se acord\u0103 o mare aten\u021bie cre\u0219terii spirituale. \u00cen timpul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/7984577_Genomic_Profiling_of_Neutrophil_Transcripts_in_Asian_Qigong_Practitioners_A_Pilot_Study_in_Gene_Regulation_by_Mind-Body_Interaction\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/7984577_Genomic_Profiling_of_Neutrophil_Transcripts_in_Asian_Qigong_Practitioners_A_Pilot_Study_in_Gene_Regulation_by_Mind-Body_Interaction\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">studiului<\/a>, oamenii de \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 au studiat 12 persoane, dintre care jum\u0103tate practicau medita\u021bia, iar cealalt\u0103 jum\u0103tate erau doar oameni s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i.<br>S-a dovedit c\u0103 la cei care meditau regulat, durata de via\u021b\u0103 a celulelor care ajut\u0103 la combaterea infec\u021biilor &#8211; neutrofilele, a crescut semnificativ. Acest lucru ne permite s\u0103 vorbim despre efectul pozitiv al medita\u021biei asupra imunit\u0103\u021bii umane.
